Order Time

Orders must be placed by 12pm PST. Processing time is typically within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). During sales & restocks, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

Returns & Refunds

-This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website

-EXO Cosmetics is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers in the event of a missing package. 

-Items purchased from EXO Cosmetics are valid for refund within 30 days of purchase.

-We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

-Due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact within 30 days of purchasing the item(s).

How to Return an Order:

  1. Email with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. If your product is defective, please take a clear photo of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.

  2. We will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.


  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit and return shipping was not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days. Email us at with your Name, Order Number, and a clear photo of the product.
